Work in progress

The Building with Nature programme started in 2008 with activities that were essential to launch the various programme components. These were the 'priority' work packages. They were launched following an accelerated procedure in parallel with an assessment by the Scientific Advisory Council and, where necessary, 'peer review'. In 2009 Building with Nature entered into a cycle in which activities are first listed in the annual programme, before being allocated in the standard way before being launched.

The projects initiated in 2009 are in line with the 2009 annual programme. Reports on the progress between September 2007 and May 2009 were submitted in May 2009 in the 'Midterm Review'. The application for subsidy for the 2010-2012 programme has been submitted in December 2009.
